Everybody needs good neighbours

As some of you may know we have quite (!) noisy neighbours.

Just now they are washing one of their many cars outside. Some days they have 3 cars parked outside because their adult children just don't move! rant for another day! Fair enough, not a normally noisy activity you may think. Sau Wai is just being odd again you may think.

When I wash the car - yes I *do* sometimes do this! - Yu You sits on pavement and watches me. Boomer too sometimes.

When they wash the car they have conversations with each other. Where one person is at the car and the other is inside the house! :-| And when their son walks out with a bag they shout at him while he is walking away asking what is in the bag and where did he get the bag from! In the street! I know this as I can hear every word they say when they are outside. Nobody can accuse them of mumbleing.

That is just the people noise. As I said, Yu You sits outside with me when I wash the car so their dogs are also outside when they wash theirs. Fair enough. Wrong! Their dogs bark at everyone in the street, even the ones they know. This then prompts more human noise. They shout at the little dog over the sound of the hoover! The little dog's name is 'Trixie-shuthup' or 'Trixie-comeanavabiscuit'.

It's a vicious circle of noise and not like Ramsey Street at all.
